Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Returned within 3 to 5 days of receipt.

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or during a flash sale.

  • Custom or Pre-orders/Bespoke Orders: Items made specifically to your measurements or with personalized modifications.

  • White Fabrics/Garments: Due to the delicate nature of the color.

  • Bodysuits/Swimwear: For hygiene reasons.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We generally do not offer cash refunds. If you return an eligible item, we will offer you an Exchange for a different size/style or Store Credit to use on a future purchase.

  • Cash refunds are only processed if an item is sold out after you have paid, or if there is a verified manufacturing defect that we cannot replace.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at kreamhyssignature@gmail.com or WhatsApp +234 808 373 9502 within 48 hours of receiving your order with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Approval: Wait for our team to approve the return.

  3. Ship It: Send the item back to our Lagos store. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or store credit within 3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
